Tell me about your favorite cool/cold weather pajamas!

What brand? I really like Carter's

Where do you buy? Since we just moved to TX the Carter's outlet, if not department stores

Do you like one-piece ones or two-piece? 2 piece

If one piece, do you like snaps or zippers?

What fabric? I like plain old cotton, but my 2 year old like's the satiny ones

Footed or not? I don't really like the footed. Both my kids get to hot too easliy, so they really don't like them.

Post a pic if you have one!

TIA!

For winter I pretty much exclusively buy Land's End fleece pajamas -- one-piece with feet and a zipper. For shoulder seasons I use Gap, Gymbo or Old Navy regular two-piece cotton pajamas, but they're not warm enough for winter.

I just like one-piece footy pj's so I don't have to worry about cold tummy's - but we definitely get winter here so we need warm jammies.

This was one of the patterns Caleb wore last winter. I'm upgrading him to different patterns this year, but Ahna will wear these in girly colors! And hopefully she can also wear his hand-me-downs if I can find them!!

Land's End pajamas are about $25 a pair, and I usually buy about five pair which are in endless rotation. They hold up so well and still look terrific at the end of winter. Caleb hates taking them off!

IF you can afford it the Hanna Long John's are the best! I really like carter's though - even the 'First YEars' carters ones at Target.

What brand? I like both the children's place ones, the stretchy ones and the blanket ones, I also like carters blanket sleepers, gymboree jammies (depending on the line these are the softest jammies ever), gap jammies (also super soft), and Janelle likes nightgowns.

Where do you buy? Everywhere...though honestly, I get most of our jammies from yard sales. Last summer I bought 20 carters 2t blanket sleepers for .10 a piece at a yardsale, they were all in great condition and Janelle and Kincaid are both wearing them now (though they are a too big for both of them, but that's ok). I bought a bunch of 3t ones this summer that I have put away.

Do you like one-piece ones or two-piece? I prefer 1 piece but either is fine.

If one piece, do you like snaps or zippers? zippers

What fabric? I like flanel or 100% cotton jammies, and fleece sleepers

Footed or not? footed for sleepers, not footed for two piece ones.

What brand? Carter's

Where do you buy? Costco, Carter's outlet, Kohl's

Do you like one-piece ones or two-piece? For winter, I like one piece jammies with zippers; for fall, I like the two piece cotton jammies (long sleeve shirt with pants)

What fabric? Fleece in winter, cotton in fall

Footed or not? the fleece are footed and the cotton are not; I prefer the footed when it's cold

Post a pic if you have one!

I was thinking about getting the Hanna zippers for my 11-month old- but they are footless and that bugs me a bit.

What brand? Anything that works. Target, Carter, Old Navy etc.

Where do you buy? Target, Sears, Kohls, Old Navy

Do you like one-piece ones or two-piece? am I the only wierdo that prefers two piece? On a chilly night it's too much of a "shock to the system" to have to strip almost totally out of the PJs for a potty run! It's almost a moot point for us though, because Caroline prefers nightgowns most of all.

If one piece, do you like snaps or zippers? N/A

What fabric? Cotton, flannel, whatever.

Footed or not? Foot-free. She gets too sweaty!

What brand? I am not too picky. Carters, Target's Carter's line, Old Navy, Gap, etc.

Where do you buy? Where ever the price is best!! Target, ON, Gap, JCP, and the Carters outlet when they have good sales.

Do you like one-piece ones or two-piece? For the twins, I prefer the fuzzy footed blanket sleepers for winter. They dont keep blankets on yet, so they need the fuzzy warmth!! Aidan adores those, as well, but with PTing, I dont think we'll be doing those this winter. We'll just stick to cotton jammies.

If one piece, do you like snaps or zippers? Zippers.

What fabric? Cotton or flannel.

Footed or not? Doesnt matter. If not footed, i'll put them in socks. Our8 80 YO house is sooooo cold in winter!

What fabric? Usually cotton, though I do have one or two fleece ones for each kid when it's really cold.

Footed or not? Only for Brayden.

What brand? mostly Carter but I loved Gap 2 pieces sets for Summer

Where do you buy? Where ever I can find them. It is hard to find Carters in Canada and they are more expensive here for some reason. Costco has them sometimes and I try to make a day trip a few times a year across the border. There I buy them at the outlet or at JC penney's.

Do you like one-piece ones or two-piece? Either. Last year I wanted one piece with feet This year I do both.

If one piece, do you like snaps or zippers? Zippers.

What fabric? Cotton or flannel.

Footed or not? Doesnt matter. It doesn't get that cold here just damp. If unfooted I use socks.

Shoot, I didn't even think about potty training! :duh: I may have to reevaluate Jackson's pajama supply now.

Janelle potty trained just before 2 1/2 and night trained at the same time. She not only wears sleepers 50% of the time, but she also wears a sleep sack still and she has no problem going potty and taking it all off and putting it back on herself in the middle of the night...and never has, it's just not a big deal. The only things I think get in the way as far as clothes with potty training are onesies, rompers, and overalls.
