BEWARE of this ebay seller!!

You can read the description for yourself, so you know what I was bidding on and you know I'm not changing any of the details.

When the item arrived, there was a dark stain the size of an eraser head about 7 inches up from the bottom and about 1.5 inches to the right of the zipper. VERY noticeable. There were also two smaller stains (ball point pen, from what I can tell) elsewhere on the front of the jacket. AND, the item is plain cotton, NOT velour. I emailed the seller, informing them that this item was NOT what I was led to believe I was bidding on, and they said, "The item IS velour, and the stain was mentioned in the description. There are no refunds." So, I contacted Paypal, left negative feedback (and I'm sure this will ruin my perfect feedback rating...) and am working on getting my money back, but if you buy on ebay, especially if you buy Gymboree, just be aware of what happened to me!

Oh, I HATE when sellers leave retalitory negative feedback. She should be leaving feedback solely on how quickly you paid! What a jerk!!

Ugh. I just saw it. :rolleyes: Fun. Well, he/she has 2 negatives this month. I have no negatives, ever, before this. I think it speaks for itself.

I'm glad you started this thread!!! I just posted in the main gymbo thread that we should keep track of the bad ebay sellers. Another one to add to the list:

She sold me a "like New" dress that had a huge OJ stain on the front. I left 3 emails asking to work it out, etc. No response. Even though in my last email I told her if she didn't reply by a certain date, I would leave negative feedback. She also left retaliatory feedback. I did a reply, but wish I would have put that language in it b/c it is perfect. Nonetheless, I would advise caution.
