I just started a job about 1.5 weeks ago. On Friday night I walked into the manager's office, the door was wide open and found the supervisor kissing her girlfriend. It took me knocking on the door frame to get their attention. Than the girlfriend told me that if I had been ten minutes later I would have seen a lot more. Also, the girlfriend is also an employee of the company in a different department. I was just put in a very uncomfortable position.

What would you do.....

I think I would've told them that the least they could do was to make sure the door was closed & locked  Not sure what else you can do about it :dunno:

It's a strange thing for the girlfriend to say. But yeah, not much else you can do about it but ignore it.

Wait, was this the manager's girlfriend, or the supervisor's? If it was the manager's, I'd tell. You're under NO obligation to keep secrets for them. If it was the supervisor's, and they were just being gross by wanting everyone see them going at it, I'd ignore it, but start looking for a friendlier (or maybe less friendly) place to work!

It was the supervisor kissing her girlfriend in the manager's office that we all have access to.

What I did was bring it up to HR. They are going to be talking to both of them about this. Also the supervisor told the manager "Fuck You" when he asked her to do something. I have been told that this person is on her way out, hopefully it is true!

Yeesh, it sounds like that supervisor has an ax to grind with the manager or someone there.
