Okay, I have never had IF issues, thank god. But my exSIL does, and I feel so bad for her. She took clomid and did IUI, with no luck. I know I have heard that some people take baby asprin everyday, what does this do? TIA

I don't know, but I don't even know what baby asprin is! Is it asprin for babies or is it a regular asprin cut in half?

Baby aspirin thins the blood making it easier for the embryo to implant and receive nutrients from the uterine wall.
Baby aspirin is NOT a regular aspirin cut in half...it is 81mg of aspirin and it is SOLD as either baby aspirin/children's aspirin or maintenance/daily aspirin.
Hope that helps!

BTW Jeni...I'd HIGHLY recommend your exSIL take baby aspirin every day. Starting now.
