Does anyone know anything about this? Is it something your dr prescribes? My SIL mentioned it the other day. She said she has a tape I should listen to about it. Has anyone used it? What are your thoughts on it?

Thanks so much!

I use Arbonne's Prolief Cream which is a progesterone cream. My dr did not prescribe it but did tell me about it. I love it and will not go without it ever again. DH swears by it even. I do not have the pms like I did before and am much calmer with it.

How do you choose which NPC to use?

*450-500mgs of Progesterone per oz.

*1.6% Progesterone by weight or 3% Progesterone by volume

*Airtight sealed container to protect potency

*Formulated without petroleum derivatives

*USP Grade Natural Progesterone on Label (not wild yam extract)

*Formulated without animal products or by products

*No artificial dyes or fragrances or excessive preservatives

I'd like to know more about this too..I have very low progesterone, which causes of wealth of minor issues....PMS, weight gain, acne ect.
I am currently on clomid and wont do the cream now because my dr. will prescribe prog. if my numbers are still low this month.

However it may be something I use in the future on a regular basis. How often do you use it? All cycle or only after O?

What did your DR say? I'm interested in trying it too when I start TTC on Clomid.

She doesn't think I need anything. All my tests came back normal..my hormone levels are where they should be. We think my problem is my weight.
