Did you have a senior prank in HS? What was it?

(as far as I know, we didn't have one... pretty lame, eh?)

We moved all of the picnic tables from the lunch area (we ate outside) and blocked all of the entrances to the parking lots. Pretty lame. It was kind of fun to watch everyone trying to figure out where to park, though.

the class before mine put a LIVE COW in the courtyard of the school  so when it came to our class, they said if we did a prank, we'd have our graduation ceremony cancelled.
so instead, we TP'd the principal's house...since he couldnt prove it was our class

We did a lot!

-We carved out the number "82" from the grass and poured conrete in it (6' from bottom of the 8 to the top). (last time I checked, it was still there...in 1997)
-We designated 'lanes' in the hallways of the school with colored tape and put "freshmen crossing" signs with squirrels drawn on them on the walls by the 'crosswalks'
-We did an outline of a body on a 'street' and then cones with Police tape connecting them around it
-We raised two telephone poles in the front yard of the school with the slogan, "There Ain't Nothing We Won't Do, We're The Class of 82!!" on it
-Someone's office (can't remember whose) was filled with either packing peanuts or popped popcorn
-"The" rock that sat in front of the school got repainted by some of the members of the class (annual thing)
-We covered the entire flagpole with tires

I know there was more, but I didn't even see all of it. With 300+, we had several small units going. The coolest thing is that every piece of it was administration-approved.

The day after senior prank night was official "Senior Skip Day". If more than 5% of the junior class is not at school that day, they didn't get a Senior Skip Day. Usually that day was the highest attendance for the junior class.

We never had one but one of the classes before us had a huge sleepover on the front lawn of the school.

I went to a really small school (79 in my graduating class) and we put some live chickens in some lockers and then let them out after the first bell. It was funny but it took FOREVER to gather them all back up after we got into trouble for it. I was our class president so I knew NOTHING about the prank....:angeldevi

edited to add---no chickens were harmed in the making of our prank.;)

We didn't have one, but I never thought it was lame - I always thought the idea of pranks was kinda strange...... :dunno:

We were also warned that if we did one, graduation would be cancelled. This was all a result of the class that graduated the year before ours. They decided it would be funny to coat the hallways in baby oil. Well, one teacher and two students broke arms as a result, so no pranks were tolerated the year after.

We did this too. After Senior Class Night everyone would camp out on the softball field. Everyone usually ended up drunk and they would sometimes do little things but nothing was ever planned.

We didn't want our graduation cancelled either so we did the prank at graduation! Our principal always smoked in his office even though it was not allowed, he always smelled like smoke! So our entire class of 541 (i think) handed him a cigarette as we shook his hand when we walked across the stage, the last person handed him a silver Zippo lighter with his name and our class engraved on it. It was funny

I can't remember exactly what ours was, but it involved lighting a huge bonfire in the senior parking lot...unfortunately it ruined the asphalt and our class had to pay to repave the lot.

The class before us was the last class to have Senior Skip Day--it never was sanctioned by the school, and that year the principal figured out where the seniors met up...and he sent buses to bring them back from the lake!! Anyone who refused to come wasn't allowed to walk at graduation.

We didn't do any, but they year that my brother graduated ('91) they had a scavenger hunt and stole lawn ornaments all over town and put them on the football field.

The year before I graduated the school the next town over vandalized our school, tore the bleachers apart, threw a picnic table onto the satilite dish, spray painted all over the school. After that we were not allowed to have a Senior Prank.

My Sr. year of highschool sucked. Most of my classmates didnt see each other outside of school because nearly everyone worked after school and I would say nearly 20% of our Sr. class were already parents by the time graduation rolled around. We didnt have any Sr. pranks. The whole time I was in highschool no one did anything to the freshmen.

OMG -- has anyone seen the show "High School Stories" on MTV?? I am watching it right now and there are students retelling stories of their senior pranks. One included putting chum in the TP holders, A/C vents, ceiling tiles.....EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
