Adam has a rash and here is a few pictures. It feels like dry skin patches. I think it is excema and it does seem to itch although he isn't crying from pain. He has his 18 month check next week w/his Dr. Do you think I can wait until then? If so any creams that are natural that I can use? Or should I take him in tomorrow? I just hate to bring him in tomorrow then again next week and then Emma the following week.

Hmm, Owen has eczema, and that does look like his.

I use Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema Cream and LOVE it! I tried Aveeno, Aquaphor and other stuff first. The doctor even gave us a steroid cream and it doesn't work half as well as the Gentle Naturals stuff.

It's in a green tube and you can find it in the baby section, however, it can be a little hard to find because not every store carries it. I've found it at Kroger, Meijers (not sure if you have one of those there) and one Target but not another, and never at WalMart, CVS or WalGreens.

That's excema alright. Caroline gets it on her legs and elbows after laying/crawling around on our carpet. We use Eucerin lotion, and a steroid cream the pediatrician prescribed if it's really bad (called Locoid Lipocreme, if you're interested)

 Definitely looks like eczema to me. Melayna gets it. We use 2 prescribed creams... non-steroid Elidel and when it gets really bad, Dermasmoothe oil (has a steriod). But just for everyday use I use Eucerin on her.
