I wanted to pass this on to you girls since this seller on ebay appears to be selling mostly gymboree or like items on ebay and I know how obssed you girls are :lol: . The auction ended on 5/6/05 and I paid that same day using paypal. I have sent her several messages and haven't received a response. I just filed a complaint with pay pal.

The seller is gymboree4sale so I'm sure you girls could run into her items on ebay.
Shame on me though because now when I look at her feedback it isn't very good. Sounds like I'm not the only one she has done this to. So I'm kicking myself for not paying attention to the feedback. Live and learn right.

So keep and eye out for this seller and remeber to check the sellers feedback before you buy!!!

Aye! I just glanced over her feedback! Even her positives are all negative if you read them (they all mention slow shipping, no communication). One person commented that she shipped the item in a TV Dinner box :lol: nice.

Really though... I wanted those shoes! They are really cute!

I filed a complaint and I will continue to send her a message every single day until she gets so sick of me she might just send out.

I'm really kicking myself for not remembering to check feedback. I'll never do that again. At least it wasn't for a large amount of $.

it happened to me, too, but only with one of those suctioned bath seats. I needed a second one so very badly and found one w/ BIN for the right price and got so excited I snatched it up and didnt bother to check the feedback score :duh: So I had to file the complaint, send her emails, heck, I even called her house :eek: , filed with square trade, and then filed to get my money back thru paypal. B*tch was kicked off ebay, though. :woo: Now I am uber-careful about feeback. Learned my lesson :lol:

Update... i still never heard from this lady but... I just got an email from paypal saying that they are giving me my money back, so that's good.
I also filed with every single place I could file a complaint. And I requested that ebay investigate her and kick her off!!!!

I'm still ticked over this even though I'm getting my money back!
