View Full Version : Toddler bedding
bunybomb April 12th, 2005, 02:11 PM Does anyone know of a place to get toddler bedding without cheesy characters on them? I will get sick of SpongeBob, Spiderman, etc. very quickly. I would prefer solid colors or a simple pattern.
Thanks!
Hannabanana April 12th, 2005, 02:13 PM We bought Hanna her bedding from IKEA. Have you looked there?
bunybomb April 12th, 2005, 02:44 PM I will check out IKEA. I've been checking the usual stores with no luck. Would you ever buy bedding from eBay?
Trish April 12th, 2005, 02:49 PM The Company Store has some cute stuff  I think the website is www.companystore.com (http://www.companystore.com)
Lette April 12th, 2005, 02:49 PM Company Kids had some great stuff I saw in a recent catalog.
Lette April 12th, 2005, 02:51 PM  Trish... I was just going to get the link myself.
Here's basics.. http://www.thecompanystore.com/dept.asp?dept%5Fid=5003

bunybomb April 12th, 2005, 03:13 PM I got this catalog yesterday. Cute stuff but.....am I just crazy in thinking that $100 is too much to spend on toddler bedding he will use for 18 months or less? I spent less than that for my 10 year olds bedding set.
Lette April 12th, 2005, 03:21 PM I will check out IKEA. I've been checking the usual stores with no luck. Would you ever buy bedding from eBay?
I've bought Toddler Bed bedding from ebay and had a good experience.
I've also recently been looking for cheap Disney Princess Bedding for my daughter. It's not cheap, so I'm not buying. I'm not big into Characters and who knows how long her Princess infatuation will continue.
Anyway, to answer your question, YES I'd buy from ebay, but I typically buy only NEW goods.
Trish April 12th, 2005, 03:43 PM I agree, Company Kids is pricey, but so darn cute! I ended up getting something that I really like at TJ Maxx.
mama2jackson April 12th, 2005, 06:13 PM I'm having trouble finding something that fits what I'm looking for as well. NO characters...don't like them. Plus Jackson's bed in his big boy room is a queen size bed and nothing fits that size...I'm trying to find a simple red, blue or denim comforter (to coordinate with various boy's themes) that fits a queen bed...no luck so far though...
bunybomb April 12th, 2005, 07:59 PM Tracy, you should check out www.domestications.com (http://www.domestications.com) for solid color queen size comforters. I've always had good luck with the quality and the price.
mama2jackson April 22nd, 2005, 04:52 PM I forgot about this thread! Thanks Becky!
I actually found a queen size denim comforter at Target for $30 on Wednesday! :woo: It was their last one and I snatched it right up! Now, I can go about my business trying to find a good theme and start coordinating!
Jeni April 22nd, 2005, 05:12 PM Target has Some CUTE sheet sets for kids, I just saw yesterday, and they have queen size. They had a "surfer" theme, TOO cute!
