View Full Version : What do you think of our boy choices? Bev March 27th, 2005, 08:29 PM Graham Farrell (or do you prefer Graeme?) Nolan Alexander Mary March 27th, 2005, 08:33 PM I like Graham a lot! :) Mary Stacy March 27th, 2005, 08:35 PM I really like both. I prefer Graeme spelling wise. ~Lisa~ March 27th, 2005, 08:41 PM I like them both but I prefer Nolan Alexander if I had to pick. TtownAnne March 27th, 2005, 09:33 PM Nolan - and really DISLIKE the Graeme spelling; here it would just invite a world of trouble, spelling and pronunciation and school wise, kwim? Karly March 27th, 2005, 10:27 PM ITA w/ Anne. I much prefer the Graham spelling! I'm not a huge fan of Nolan. Not sure why, really. :dunno: magoo March 28th, 2005, 07:17 AM I prefer Graham. :) Nocona March 28th, 2005, 07:33 AM I prefer Graham (and that spelling - I've never seen the other one :dunno: ). Lette March 28th, 2005, 08:10 AM I like Graham and I've never sean/heard Graeme before. (I just had trouble spelling it here) I like Nolan Alexander a lot more. :) Mandi March 28th, 2005, 08:29 AM I like both names (and both Graham/Graeme spellings... but keep in mind that not many people would know the Gaelic spelling so he'd definitely have it misspelled and mispronounced.) Dawn March 28th, 2005, 08:54 AM  I like Nolan alot better. It's hard of me not to think of Graham crackers when I hear the other name, sorry! Brooke March 28th, 2005, 08:56 AM I think Graham goes better with Mason. And I like the Graham spelling better. Bev March 28th, 2005, 11:47 AM Thanks! I like the Graham spelling better too, but there is a golfer Graeme something or other, so DH was inquiring about that spelling. We've already established on the girls poll that I know better when it comes to naming our children. I really like them both, but for now Graham is my first pick! :) Alyssa March 28th, 2005, 04:39 PM Thanks! I like the Graham spelling better too, but there is a golfer Graeme something or other, so DH was inquiring about that spelling. I saw that on TV this weekend and had my own little debate over which spelling I prefered. I think Graham, but I don't mind Graeme at all. I also really like Nolan. It's a tough call. You'd have the strong "n" sounds at the end of both names with Nolan, which I have now and it works fine. I really like both a lot, but I think I'd opt for Graham in the end. magoo March 28th, 2005, 05:43 PM  I like Nolan alot better. It's hard of me not to think of Graham crackers when I hear the other name, sorry! MMMmmmmmm... I love graham crackers, so that's not a bad thing for me. Dawn March 28th, 2005, 05:47 PM MMMmmmmmm... I love graham crackers, so that's not a bad thing for me.  |
