Has anyone bought kids' clothes at H&M? I went in there for the first time today and some of the stuff was pretty cute...but the sizing was just nutty! The ranges were 2-4 months, 4-6, 6-9, 9-12, and 12-18. And IIRC, although the lengths listed for each size seemed relatively normal, the weights were really high. I think the 6-9 month stuff went up to 22 lbs! The waist on those pants looked like it would be around John's ankles, and he's 14 months old.
So I'm just curious if anyone has actually tried these clothes on their kids?

I've bought some stuff from there before- cute things, and generally GREAT prices! I think we've been pretty true to size- I don't remember having any wild size issues. But, it's been a while, so I can't really remember.
Gee, I'm a lot of help.

We've only had 1 H&M outfit, a top and capri's. It was really cute and washed well. I thought it was pretty true to size....I'm pretty sure it was a 2T. MIL bought it for Avery.

I have bought tons of stuff at H&M. Most of their baby stuff seems to run larger because I bought things for Kyle in size 86 and he wears a 92 in other things. For European sizes you need to go by the height. A 74 is considered around 1 year and 86/92 for a 2 year old.

I've heard about this quite a few times, but I have no clue what H&M is...

Jillian, think Ikea for clothes. Stores aren't quite as large, but same idea- hip, trendy, inexpensive stuff that won't make you cry if it doesn't last more than a season or two.

The problem is that John is a tall, skinny kid. I think height-wise, he'd have been in the 12-18 size, but I could've put two of him in those pants.
