They were given to Lauryn as a gift last Easter. Not sure where they came from or what brand (it had a sticker and it peeled off). They're really light-weight and have a velcro fastener. I was iffy about them at first but they ended up being Lauryn's favorite sandals (she even snubbed the $40 Elefantens I got her for these :lol: )

And if you're wondering about the photo, Lauryn actually took this one. I was trying to teach her how to point and shoot :photo:

Is there any chance they came as part of an outfit? I recently bought a gift that came as a set including shoes that sound a lot like that...very light and velcro. I don't, however, remember the brand. I got the outfit at Burlington Coat Factory but I'm pretty sure it's a brand I saw at major dept stores like Filenes (probably Hechts if they still have it?), Macys, Lord&Taylor. Good luck!

I just saw 2 pairs in our Sunday paper. Not exact, but similar. One was in the KMart ad (Thom McAn Kids) for $10.99, the other in the Famous Footware ad for $24 (Buster Brown). I've also seen something similar at Marshall Fields when I worked there (but there isnt one by you and they dont have online shopping and it was their store brand).
