My husband and I are contemplating painting our living/dining room/family room area. We moved in 1 1/2 years ago into a new house that was all white... I'm so sick of white. 3 rooms are painted already... our bedroom, Maddie's room and the foyer. The main living area is next. I can't wait!

I'm hoping we can use this thread to post rooms in our house that we've decorated and are proud of. Might help some of us get some ideas. :)

I had my friend help me paint a mural in Cassidy's room, well she actually did almost all of it, but I think it came out really great.

Thanks Kris, I had bought stencils and sponges, but she didn't like them, so she asked if I minded her doing it free hand. I think she did an awesome job. It was funny too, I didn't buy black paint, so she used my mascara for the black parts.
