Birthday gift ideas for 13-yr-old girl?

Our neighbor will be 13 on Feb 9th. She and Rebekah play all the time and she's coming to R's party so I'd like to get her something for her birthday.

Any ideas?

I gave her a shirt last year, and another shirt for Christmas, so I kind of want to not give her clothes. I was thinking of one of those beaded jewelry kits but I don't know if that's to young for 13.

Mmmm...maybe the kit would be a bit too young for her...

How about some funky jewellry - necklaces, brcelets - just the inexpensive ones at Claire's or something

- cool picture frrames...if you have a pic of her and Rebekah together she may like that in the frame

- gift certificate to a CD store or to the local bookstore

- posters for her bedroom wall

- cool gel pens with a journal

I am sure I could come up with more I just can't think right now :lol:

How about a gift certificate to a movie theater? At that age, she's probably going to the movies with her friends.

I ended up getting her a "decorate your own diary" kit and a bunch of sparkly gel pens.
