Okay, I just love this little show. The octopus with the tiny hat is so sweet, and I love Weenie the hot dog. I put this on for Emily and she loves when Oswald sings - she'll just play happily on the floor but as soon as he starts singing she gets a big grin on her face and watches, then when he's done she goes back to her toys. It's so cute!

I like how Oswald is always so polite, and how there's always a nice message in each episode. Oh, and how random that Fred Savage is the voice of Oswald! How do I explain to Emily that I had a huge crush on her blue octopus in the 6th grade? :lol:

Does anyone else have kids that like this show?

I wish Caroline liked that one instead of the Tweenies - they look like deranged Muppets to me. :crazy:

Cassidy likes Oswald. We have several books too. Just an FYI, Oswals's voice is done by Fred Savage from the Wonder Years.

ok, Alyssa loves this show, but I must say, it's a bit disturbing!! Weinie is a hotdog in a bun! :lol: I dunno, maybe it's just me, but there are some really odd things about the show! :lol: But, as I said, Alyssa loves it, and there are really good messages with the show.

It's not just you, there are definitely some odd things about it... like the walking paper dolls, they kind of creep me out, like they're something out of Stephen King or something! :lol: But it's definitely less annoying than a lot of the kid's shows out there, that's for sure!

I'd definitely rate it over Barney and Teletubbies!

i am a nanny of a four year old and she has loved oswald for as long as i can remember. i think the show is adorable.

I sure wish they would come out with some more episodes... I have them all saved on Tivo and I'm getting tired of them! :lol: Emily's enthusiasm for it has stayed strong though. But if I hear that "Ice cream, ice cream icecreamicecreamicecreamicecream" song one more time... :lol:

tony loves this show. personally i find it slightly creepy (but much less creepy than the tweenies).

the other day i went thru a bag of clothes my mom bought on sale at the end of the summer last year...there's an oswald outfit in it :lol: tony will be psyched!
