For My BA, I went to Siena College, a teeny tiny school outside Albany, NY. One of our claims to fame was that our football team was ranked DEAD LAST in all the polls. We even got a "hang in there" letter from the Notre Dame Coach.
For my MS, I went to Georgia Tech. Most people have heard of that one... and there was a better football team, too.

Another dumb mascot... the University of Delaware Fighting Blue Hens!
What in the name of god is a blue hen... and why would it be fighting??
As another random thought, the blue hen is actually the only specifically female mascot of a major university in the US (since a hen is a female!) - and yet the actual mascot is a male and is referred to as "he". Huh! Oh, and "his" name is YouDee. How dumb is that?
I feel better now that I got that out...
