Two new (small) features

Just wanted to note that there are two new features... they aren't huge additions or anything, but they are new:

The Not Many Replies link in the Active Topics Menu will bring back any topics with 5 or fewer replies.

And there is now a "Whos Chatting" link at the bottom of the front page so you can see who is in the chat room.

We discovered last night that this only shows people in the default chat room. We were chatting in a different room and nobody showed up in the "Who's chatting".
