Okay, so I got a + opk today, CD 14. Lately my cycles have been on average 25 days although my last one was 27. That means this "should" be a 28 day cycle, if my luteal phase is 14 days. But what if it is only 11 days?

Do I take baby aspirin for this? To make my LP longer, or to make the lining thicker or what? Should I try baby aspirin? I don't really know what it is for, just that a lot of women take it.

Thanks in advance!

Women take baby aspirin if their lining is too thick. If you want to lengthen your luteal phase, take vitamin B6, however do not take it for too long as it can be bad for you. You can take a B complex vitamin which will metabolize better.

Good luck!

I remember taking both of them after my first miscarriage. Through charting I discovered I definitely had a short LP of 10 to 11 days.

I always started the B6 right after I ovulated, and stopped when AF came.

B6 in addition to your regular pre-natals Lette? Did the Doc suggest that?

Yes, in addition.

And no, my doc didn't suggest them. I just did some self medicating after reading thoroughly about it. :)
