Combining & Moving things around

I combined some forums just a few minutes ago... Admin & Testing is now a part of Questions, Comments and Suggestions. (if someone can come up with a better name for that, I will have to think of something nice to do for you)

Tell it Like it Is/Misery Loves Company is now a part of Life in General
The Town Hall is now in The Welcome Station
Frequently Asked Questions is now a Subforum of Comments from the Administrators.

I am hoping to streamline the Life in General section a little next week... as soon as I figure out what I can combine. :scratch:
