Frances + OUAL

So sorry about the outage today (Tuesday 9/7)... and for those of you who were aware of the outage yesterday morning.

We got just enough of Hurricane Frances to knock everything off kilter. The building that houses the OUAL server lost power. We had no way of letting you know what happened, since everything associated with OUAL is there.

We'll be taking care of that in the near future... at the very least, we'll be able to tell you why we're down and when we expect to get back up (hopefully we'll be able to have a backup server, too... just don't know if we have the cash for that)

That is one part of the major frustration.... Frances (here) was pretty disappointing. It was a steady, Loooooooong rain, but not too heavy. The winds were gusty, but I haven't really seen a whole lot of trees down. Overall, I think there was more damage from some of the bigger Tstorms this summer than from Frances. She just messed with the power.
