So can anyone help me out. My Dh and I are trying to come up with a vacation plan. Preferby something we can do for about $1,000.00 for like 5-7 days. We have already been to Florida and Niagara Falls. I have been to Vegas as well. Anyone have any ideas.

Maybe a brief cruise? You might be able to find a good deal, particularly if you live within driving distance of a common cruise departure city.

You *MIGHT* be able to find a ski vacation for that price - not sure when your anniversary is.

Gee.. I have no idea about prices, but I loved San Francisco. There is SO much to see there! :) I imagine flights are on the more expensive side though.

Personally, I think there is allot to see/do in San Fran.

You can tour alcatraz, visit Fisherman's Wharf (and shop). Ride a cable car and tour the town, visit the redwood forest, drive the Golden Gate Bridge, take a tour of a winery, take a ride to Monteray or Carmel for the day just to name a few!
