Newly restricted forums

As of today, the following forums are Subscriber Access Only:

Trip Reports
Regional Forums (I am almost 100% sure this was already restricted to SO, but I redid it today)
Scrapbook Gallery
Legal & Financial

However, should the Welcome Station be subscriber only, it doesnt make sense to me that the FAQ and introductions forums should be subscriber only?

And as I am in picky mood tonight :lol: I still dont like the idea of our sigs and profile pics etc showing, i would prefer these to be only seen by subscribers.

Cat - The Welcome Station is supposed to be open to everyone. That was a mistake. Thanks for letting me know about it!

As far as the sigs & profile pics, I have done all I know how to do to make those only seen by subscribers. I have hit a few stumbling blocks though, and no one seems to be able to help. If you have any ideas, please let me know!

The signatures can only be seen by subscribers. I checked it several weeks ago from Alan's computer.

Thanks Sheila and Wendy, It appears that sigs that have been downloaded via OUAL are not visable its sigs that are hosted off other sites that are, I think.

i'm on a desktop at work i never use. cleared all cookies before logging on as a guest.

i can see all profile pics and cat is right, i can't see some sigs, like sheila's but i can see the tickers.

Ok, the Welcome Station is fixed, but, just want to query, should the Introductions and Announcements be subscriber access only?

And still confused to the sigs, Avatars etc. I thought it was only sigs that were hosted from elsewhere that show up but I can see all yours Sheila and Mine and I know mine was downloaded here. :scratch:

Cat... I just don't know what to tell you. If you know of a way, please let me know and I will happily fix it. I look for a new solution whenever I get a chance, and there is nothing I have found that I have not implemented.
